End-User License Agreement
Private app license for Sullaluna NYC QuickBooks integration
1. Scope
This agreement governs use of the private integration connecting QuickBooks Online to internal accounting workflows for Sullaluna New York LLC, operating as Sullaluna NYC (www.sullalunanyc.com).
2. Permitted use
The application is for authorized Sullaluna NYC staff only, for internal accounting purposes. Redistribution, resale, or offering the service to unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
3. Accounts and authorization
Operators are responsible for Intuit/QuickBooks credentials used, revoking access when no longer needed, and verifying imported accounting data before final posting.
4. Disclaimer
The application is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Operators must verify accounting entries before recording them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sullaluna New York LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the application, including sync errors or interruptions of Intuit or supplier services.
6. Third-party services
Use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit’s terms. This application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.
