With OAuth authorization, the app may access accounting data in QuickBooks Online, including:
- invoices and document numbers;
- customers and vendors;
- amounts and balances;
- transaction metadata needed for synchronization.
Supplier portal data (e.g. Baldor) is read only with credentials configured locally by authorized staff and does not pass through this website.
Purpose
Data is used solely to automate comparison and import of vendor invoices into Sullaluna NYC’s QuickBooks Online accounting system.
Retention and security
OAuth tokens and working files are stored on systems controlled by authorized operators. Data is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for profiling.
Your rights
